To our Fitness Avenue customers,

The situation that we’re currently facing together is unprecedented, and the well-being of our team members and customers is our priority. To continuing to support your fitness needs, we’re adapting some of our operations to keep everyone safe.


Ordering Online 

We know you’re relying on us to get the fitness equipment you need. You can still order from and have items delivered to your home anywhere in Canada. Current order processing time is 5 - 10 business days. Our trusted delivery partners will continue to follow the protective guidelines set out by public health authorities to ensure the safety of both their personnel but also our valued customers.


Local Pickups

In order to do our part and prevent the spread of COVID-19, local pickup service is currently suspended until May 1st 2020. We will then resume fulfilling all the orders that were already placed. Customers that do not wish to wait, can revise the order and get the service changed to shipping/delivery by sending an email to Customers that wish to cancel their order, can send an email to Please include your order number with every email.

To ensure the safety of all, our retail locations will be closed until further notice.
