10/10 for this rack! It took me 2 hrs to build it with little to no help at all! Installing the cables are little finicky but very manageable. The shipping was so fast even there’s a pandemic. This rack is definitely a good one for those who are starting to have a home gym/gym garage. I was hoping that there is a spotter arms available for this.
I bought this rack during the pandemic when all the gyms closed and I needed one single machine (due to lack of space) that could be used for many exercises. This rack is great, solid quality, and can perform a variety of exercises with the cables. I bought a tricep rope as well and use the cables for tricep extensions. Besides that you can perform lat pulldowns, low cable rows, bicep cable curls, hammer cable curls (if you have the tricep rope), and ON TOP of that it can be used as a squat or bench press rack. This machine is amazing in terms of versatility and functionality for such a low price. My only gripe about it was the instructions for setting up the cables. The beginning instructions for the rack and structure were straightforward, although when it came to putting in the cables and pulleys at the end the instructions aren’t step by step anymore and you’re left trying to figure out which cables and pulleys go where. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this machine, the amount of exercises you can perform on it for such a low price compared to other rack/cable machines on the market is a complete steal. 10/10 for sure.
For the price this is a great unit the majority of the compound lifts can be done here except for dips and pull ups. There are some noticeable things worth mentioning: 1) The assembly instructions are appallingly bad. The most complex part (putting all the cables together) have no instructions at all and you are left trying to figure out what goes where 2) As someone who is 6'4, my head touches the top bar (exactly where the screws are) when doing squats - so beware if you are 6'4 (any taller and I wouldnt recommend this)
