Nice and thick, very comfy, folds up easily with Velcro, excellent quality. Great if you have kids, I babysit a nine year old and I make him eat on it instead of on the coach, he likes to play his games on it etc. Great for a younger kids nap time.

Heavy duty, way better on the back for doing crunches, etc. than a thin yoga mat.

Perfect mat for training, it is thick and comfortable, which allows to take any position that can't be done on the floor. I even lay on it sometimes for relaxing and reading! I also particularly like the way it folds in 3, as it allows easy storing.
