In-Store Pickup

Checking Availability

Select your preferred location and then browse through the vast selection of products. Products will now display their availability at the selected location as well as availability for online shopping.

To verify availability at other locations, click on the unit interested in. You will find a tool showing item availability along other nearby store locations. Click store details for more information.

Placing Order

At the checkout screen (not available at cart page) there will be a section labelled “Delivery Method.” Please select the Pick-Up option along with the store location that works best for you. Continue to payment page to finalize the order.

Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and details pertaining to pick up location with instructions.


When your order has been processed and ready to be picked up, you will receive a notification email advising you that your order is ready. If the order is not picked up within 5 days, and no pickup arrangements were made, order could be cancelled and refunded.


Picking Up

Please go to the address within the scheduled timeline and have the Order Number, Credit Card and piece of matching I.D. available. The in-store associate will locate order, ensure everything is counted while loading and lastly take your signature on the invoice.


Pickups are by cardholder only! The Credit Card that was used for purchase along with a matching piece of ID must be present upon pickup. If Credit Card and a piece of ID are not available, Fitness Avenue reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund (restocking fee of 3% may apply).

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. After which point customer will be contacted to confirm availability and schedule a pickup. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days.
