Shipping policy
Shipping Cost – Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and number of packages being shipped, as well as the distance of the destination address from our distribution center.
Free shipping is available to primary regions. For areas beyond these main regions, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping rates can be obtained by adding products to the cart, entering your address, and clicking the “Calculate” button.
Delivery Time – Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. We strive to ensure a fast shipment for every package. However, delays may occur during busy seasons or due to severe weather conditions that are beyond our control.
Address Changes – We reserve the right to request additional information prior to approving orders where the billing address differs from the shipping address. Customers may be required to add the shipping address as a secondary address with their credit card issuer to complete the purchase.
Couriers – All packages are shipped with trusted carriers. Customers may select their preferred shipping method and courier, and in most cases, packages will be shipped with the selected courier. However, we reserve the right to use a different courier due to logistical restrictions. In such cases, we will use an equivalent service level. Our shipping calculators provide an estimated time of arrival, but this is not guaranteed as arrival times may vary.
Oversized Items – Due to weight and size restrictions, oversized items are shipped with a freight company as they are too heavy or large to be shipped with standard couriers. Freight charges vary depending on the weight of the item(s) and the destination.
Oversized items are shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note that trucking companies will always call ahead of time to schedule a delivery date. All freight deliveries are curbside only.
Tracking – Shipments can be tracked via the respective courier's website. Tracking information typically becomes available several hours after the packages are picked up, although it may take longer during busy seasons. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to customers once the order is processed, but they become active only after pickup by the shipping company. Tracking numbers can also be found in the “My Account” section. Please track your order to avoid any delays, as couriers may make only one delivery attempt before holding the package at a depot for pickup. If a package is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Multi-Box Shipments – In some cases, products may be combined and shipped together. Therefore, the number of packages received might be fewer than the number of products purchased. This does not necessarily mean that items are missing—some packages may contain more than one item. Please open all packages before reporting missing products to ensure that nothing is actually missing.
"Local Deliveries" Service – We offer local delivery service available only to customers within a specific radius from our warehouse. Live rates are accurate and final with no additional fees. Customers located beyond this radius can choose from available courier options.
The credit card used for purchase, along with matching identification, must be presented upon delivery. If these are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund (restocking fees may apply).
Products are delivered to the driveway or the "Shipping Receiving" area of the building. We do not bring equipment inside.
Local Pickups – The credit card used for purchase, along with matching identification, must be presented upon pickup. If these are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund (a restocking fee of 3% may apply).
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, after which customers will be contacted to confirm availability and schedule a pickup. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days. If an order is not picked up on the scheduled date, a restocking fee of 3% may apply.
Damaged upon Arrival – If packages arrive with visible physical damage, please take images and bring the damage to the driver’s attention. Then, carefully review the contents of the package(s) to ensure no damage was caused to the equipment. If the equipment is damaged, please immediately report the issue to our Customer Service team so we can file a claim with the courier. All damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please keep the package(s) in their original condition, as the courier may require them for inspection.
P.O. Boxes – We do ship to P.O. boxes; however, due to carrier restrictions, we are only able to ship packages that are under a certain weight. If you purchase large item(s), please provide a physical address so we can ship your order with a suitable courier.
