The AmStaff Fitness TT1103B Multi-FID Commercial Series Bench is the result of us listening to exactly what you wanted. The adjustable bench is the hardest-working piece in any free-weight area, so we built this one around the details lifters actually complain about: flex under load, awkward angles, and a bench that's a chore to move.

Construction starts with a heavy-gauge steel frame, cleanly welded and finished in black powder coat for scratch and corrosion resistance. Rubber contact points at every floor-facing junction stop the bench from creeping mid-set and protect your flooring, while the fully triangulated base holds a 1000 lb combined user and load capacity for pressing sessions that don't hold back.

The difference you feel is in the adjustment. Unlike single-pivot benches that drag the seat up with the backrest, the TT1103B uses separate seat and back adjustments — 8 back positions and 3 seat positions, set independently. Drop the back to a shallow incline without forcing your hips into a harsh angle, or lock in a true decline for weighted sit-ups and decline presses. Retractable pull pins make every change a two-second move between sets.

Every touchpoint is built for long sessions. 2-inch high-density padding resists compression and keeps your spine supported through heavy pressing, and rear transport wheels with a front lift handle let one person tilt and roll the bench into a rack or out of the way without a second set of hands.
