The AmStaff FT-600 Dual Stack Multi-Functional Trainer is the result of us listening to exactly what you wanted. Our customers asked for one machine that could replace a wall of single-station equipment without asking for a commercial floor plan — so we built it, and refined every contact point along the way.

Powered by dual 198 lb (90 kg) selectorized weight stacks and dual swivel pulleys running a 3:1 cable ratio, the FT-600 delivers fluid, low-inertia resistance that stays honest through every rep. With 99.7 inches of maximum cable travel, there's enough rope for full-height lat pulldowns, deep wood-chops, and long-range cable pulls that shorter machines simply cut off.

Adjustability is where the FT-600 separates itself. Each arm offers 13 vertical levels and 5 horizontal positions, 65 combinations per side, so the line of pull matches the movement instead of the other way around. The arms are wheelchair accessible, opening the machine to seated and adaptive training, and the frame is built on a weighted, low-profile base that keeps 972 lbs of machine planted through explosive work.

Space was engineered in from the start. Folded, the FT-600 draws down to a 51.7 in deep, 56.5 in wide, 74.5 in tall compact mode that clears standard ceilings; extended, the arms swing out to a 116 in span for full cross-over range. An integrated storage board keeps every attachment mounted on the frame and off the floor, and the premium silver finish with contrast detailing gives the unit a showroom presence in any room you put it in.

    Solid and versatile functional trainer

    The item was delivered very quickly within 3 days of purchase. It comes in a big wooden box which has to be opened where it was delivered and parts taken in one by one. You only need two people to take the main body in, the rest is fine for a single person to move.

    No items were missing and all parts and screws were clearly labeled and organized in a stepwise manner so one did not have to search for screws and bolts for each step.

    The instruction manual is the only issue. It is cramped with multiple steps on a single page. The manufacturer would do well to break apart the installation steps more. It is best to devote a few days to installation to avoid mistakes and frustrations. Having said that, it was a fun challenge to assemble with the instructions at had.

    The machine is solid, well built with high production standards and tolerances. It was easy to fit all parts together.

    I have used the machine now for a couple of weeks and am very happy with it. There is enough weight to do functional exercises that it was designed for. The pulleys are as smooth as butter. The arms are easy to adjust to find the right positions.

    It is a welcome addition to my gym and I would buy it again.

    I highly recommend this product.

    This trainer is great with the expanded 200 lbs weight stack. Most home gyms don’t have enough weight to train for strength. With the heavier weight stack and multiples pulleys you can workout for strength. Although for body builders it won’t be enough. It is also very smooth and solid. I can do most of my exercises with it that I use to do at my gym.
