AmStaff TR310A Squat Stands

Good so far! I have only used this for about a week or so with not much weight but it’s good so far, seems very sturdy, and definitely trust this brand more than what’s on Amazon, price is good and delivery was really fast, I’m rating 4/5 stars because the assembly instructions weren’t totally clear and wish the safety bars could go one notch higher but overall I’m happy and this fits great in my personal gym, using with a 6 foot barbell with no issues

While not as good as a half rack, these are a big step up from the usual stand alone squat stands. Far more stable even under relatively hefty loads.

Having the adjustable safety arms is nice. And a little extra plate storage is never a bad thing!

I'd say that for most home lifters looking for a compact and moveable solution, you can't take go wrong with these!

Good for squats, standing military press, bench press, shrugs, good mornings, behind the back barbell grip holds...and probably more!
