AmStaff TS015B Adjustable Bench

The AmStaff TS015B Adjustable Bench is the result of us listening to exactly what you wanted. Most lifters buying their first adjustable bench get forced into a choice: pay commercial money for real adjustability, or settle for a wobbly two-position frame that flexes the moment the dumbbells get heavy. The TS015B was built to remove that choice.

Construction starts with a heavy-gauge steel frame, welded and braced to stay rigid under load, rated to a 600 lb combined user and weight capacity. Non-slip rubber feet at every floor contact point stop the bench from walking mid-set and protect your flooring, so the frame stays exactly where you set it through pressing, rowing, and seated work.

The adjustment is where it earns its place. 7 locking angles run from true flat through full incline, letting you dial in shallow inclines for upper-chest pressing, steeper angles for seated shoulder work, and dead-flat for heavy dumbbell presses. The pin-and-lock mechanism moves fast enough to change position between sets without breaking rhythm.

Every touchpoint is built for long sessions. High-density gym-quality foam holds its shape and resists bottoming out under a loaded barbell or heavy dumbbells, keeping your spine supported instead of sinking. Dual rear transport wheels let you tilt and roll the bench into a rack or out of the way solo, without lifting the full frame.
