The Shackle connects easily to any 3" x 3" tubing with 5/8" holes, and offers an easy and a secure way to hang rings, ropes, grip tools, Punching bags, and a wide range of other useful add-ons. The Shackle comes with 5/8" mounting pin.

    Solid shackle

    Installed a free-standing rig in our corporate gym where we run weekly Cross Fit classes for groups of 6. The shackle to hang our Muay Thai 110lbs punching bag. Touches the ground, but we prefer that to keep things from swinging. One year in and we are still pretty satisfied with it.
