AmStaff Fitness SD-3200 All-In-One Smith Machine

The AmStaff SD-3200 is the result of rethinking what a true all-in-one training system should be capable of. Where conventional machines lock your cable system into a fixed path, the SD-3200 breaks that limitation entirely with the Articulating Arm - a dual articulating cable arm that positions your cable system anywhere you need it, at any angle, without ever moving the machine.

Powered by dual 90 kg (198 lb) iron weight stacks with magnetic pin selection on each side, the SD-3200 delivers smooth, consistent resistance across every movement. The swing arms rotate a full 360° at the pulley head and offer 9 vertical angle positions -spanning from -80° to +80° - so you can replicate virtually any cable machine angle found in a commercial gym. Each arm features an aluminum pulley and aluminum knurled handle for a premium, no-slip grip experience on every rep.

The Smith bar rides on solid hard chrome-plated precision guide rails, delivering frictionless, linear travel with exceptional durability. Chrome-plated metal sleeves accept both 1" and 2" weight plates, and the knurled Olympic-style bar provides a confident grip across all press, squat, and row movements. Safety is handled by a 10-position adjustable squat protection rack with ABS impact-resistant pads - impact-proof, deformation-resistant, and designed to catch heavy loads at any height.

Topping the unit is a multi-angle chin-up bar with HDR non-slip grip handles and aluminium alloy end caps, supporting overhand, underhand, mixed, sternum, and single-arm pull-up variations. Every structural contact point - from the 5mm diamond-plate non-slip footplate to the extended ring clip buckles - is engineered for heavy-load stability and long-term durability.
