    Great All-In-One

    I’ve had the AmStaff SD3250 all-in-one multi trainer for over a month now and honestly I love it. It completely replaced 3 separate machines in my home gym and saved me a lot of space while still giving me a full commercial-style workout experience.

    The machine feels very smooth during exercises, especially on cable movements. The versatility is what impressed me most — I can train almost every muscle group without needing extra equipment. The build quality feels solid and stable, and it handles daily workouts well.

    I also like how convenient it is having everything in one setup instead of moving between multiple machines. For a home gym, it’s a huge upgrade and made my training more efficient. Because of ceiling height, I ended up reversing the pull-up bar during assembly so I wouldn’t hit my head on the ceiling while doing pull-ups, and that worked perfectly for my space.

    Overall, I’m very happy with the SD3250 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact all-in-one trainer for their home gym.
