Love the handles. Solid, sturdy, and a lot of weights fit on it. No sliding. They were on sale and the price was as good as it gets. Very thankful.
Only minor inconvenience was that the handles were very oil all over so I had to wash them with soap, but no big deal.

Threads on all 4 collars falling apart... one is 100% useless as it does not hold anything anymore, 3 others are dangerous to use... after 6 month of use once in a week...very cheap cast iron... black zinc coating also comes off with large chunks and they're pretty sharp...
I do work with halters 80-110 lb ( that's why I've actually bought 18" long to put more weights), I want to screw them really tight, never actually dropping them on the floor have a rubber mats though, but for sure it's happen some times knocking here and there.
After a couple of days of conversation with a customer service being told that will get same crapy collars as replacement if I pay for the delivery, which I denied. Do yourself a fever and buy something with steel collars instead.

Based on your description, it’s likely that the issue was caused by a combination of over-tightening under high torque, use with very heavy weights, and occasional impacts or knocking during workouts. When collars are fastened too tightly, especially under heavy load, and then dropped or bumped, it can push the material beyond its intended design limits—which may lead to breakage over time.
We want to emphasize that this type of failure is extremely rare. In fact, in over 15 years of offering this product, we’ve never received a report of similar damage until now. That said, we always aim to stand behind our products, and we’re still more than happy to provide you with replacement collars if you’d like to move forward.
