    An ok tricep bar

    This bar is functional. It’s more comfortable for bicep curling. However, it is relatively heavy compared to other tricep bars I used. Also, it lacks a stop and a rubber o ring close to the centre curves which means that the weights end up always spinning and frequently loose. This is distracting and could damage any paint on the weights.

    Tricep Bar

    The tricep Bar fron Fitness Avenue is very good to do hammer curls, triceps extention, over head press and lots of very good movements. Also the weights are very secure in place!

    Good weight to the tricep blaster

    Love this tricep blaster I do 1 maim exercise with it and another 2 more its better to use this than a dumbbell for dumbbell pullovers less chance of hitting your head with a dumbbell

    Great bar at a great price

    The main reason for purchasing this bar was for doing bicep curls since my right wrist is now too sore to allow me to do curls with straight or even curled bars. I also enjoy using this bar for doing overhead tricep extensions, I never liked doing them with a dumbbell.
