The service here was awesome and unmatched, they are very knowledgeable, in addition to that, the rep was very honest. They did focus on the sale, but more on making sure I got the right product that was needed even if it ment not buying it from them. I appreciated that and would highly recommend this store for any equipment needed for your personal gym.

My cable machine uses 95 mm pulleys, but the 5 mm difference didn't matter. They were also 1/10 of an inch wider, but i was able to walk them in (wiggle), one needed me to use a pry bar to flex the frame very slightly and one with plastic bushings on each side, needed to slightly sand both bushings (like a millimeter on each). There definitely is less friction and the cables run smooth. I picked the wrong time to order because when i received them they are now on sale ( $20 cheaper for the 10)
