Free-Standing Heavy Bag
This Free-Standing Heavy Bag is great for outdoor or indoor use. It is great quality and very easy to set up. My son has ADHD and needed something to help him burn off some energy and is beyond perfect for him. I highly recommend to anyone, kid or adult. I was beyond impressed with this product and the sturdiness.

Great bag
Got 2 of them for my dojo and the guys loved it.
The suction cups really makes a difference.
No flipping so far doesn’t matter how hard we hit while before l hated standing bags because they were always flipping when l kicked high or thrown a heavy hook .

It was easy to order online, pickup went smoothly and installation didn't take long. Great quality punching bag, family enjoy using it. I used water in the base to keep it firm on the ground, material is durable and gives you a good workout.
