I own this rack. I added on some plate storage and some safety straps. While using this rack, my squat has gone from 225 lbs to 297 lbs, my bench has gone from 135 lbs to 165 lbs, and my deadlift has gone from 225 lbs to 320 lbs (tbf the deadlift doesn't really involve the rack but plate storage and deadlifting inside the cage is convenient and safe).
I park my car in front of the rack, in my Toronto garage, and it fits just fine. The rack shakes a bit when I rack the weight, but I'm racking over 250 lbs for squats here. It's never really felt unsafe. I cannot emphasize enough that, if you're doing basic barbell movements and chin ups / pull ups and trying to gain muscle and lift heavier weight, this is all you'll ever need in a 4-post rack.
To specify on "competitive powerlifter" , I have qualified for the Central Canadian Championships while using this rack, and I'm aiming to qualify for the National Championships by August this year. The rack is not slowing me down.
It moves a bit when I rack my heavy squats, so I'm gonna bolt it to the floor soon, which is a common thing that people do with racks and a very straightforward thing to do with basic power tools.
I think about upgrading sometimes, and I stop myself because I don't even know what the upgrade would be from this.
This thing is just awesome. Save your money, get something cost effective and reliable, get strong and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I added the PR100 along with a 7’ Olympic Bar, and EZ curl bar and 200lbs of weights to my home gym and so far I am very happy with it. It’s a budget rack but it’s a great starter. I can safely squat and bench without the need of a spotter. I love that I can add the lat pull down and low row attachment as well as plate holders later on. This set is something you can grow with and should meet the needs of most lifters. Relatively small footprint helps and there’s a lot of attachments you can get. I just added the dip bars. Highly recommend. The folks at FA were quick to answer my questions and help me out. I will be back for more gear for sure!
