this is how you turn a walk in the park into a a test of endurence. the weight bearing is perfect, not too much on the shoulders, makes wearing 30lbs like a breeze. I can wear this under my coat and its discreet. Fits a big guy - 48 inch waist size.

I ordered this vest with the 2 x 3.5lb plates. It fits well and is comfortable to wear. I use it primarily for walking. It is now time to up the weight, so I have just ordered the 2 x 8.5lb plates. This will give me a 20lb vest for my walks (both indoors, on the treadmill, and outdoors with Nordic walking poles).
