The AmStaff Fitness Tibia Dorsi Calf Machine is designed to target the Gastrocnemius and Soleus. The Tibia Dorsi Calf Machine is used in seated position, it then loads the resistance through the hips as supposed to through the spine, which provides superior tibia isolation.
Users can either exercise legs independently or simultaneously when seated. Heel plate pivots with pad for biomechanical correctness.
