8 pound weighted vest
I bought both the 8 pound and 12 pound weighted vests to improve my bone density. I am enjoying my 8 pound weighted vest. I did a 6k walk in it and hardly noticed the weight. I weigh 125 so my goal is to work up to 10% of my weight, but the 12 pound vest is too heavy for me right now.
I like the fit with two adjustable straps. So I recommend this vest for the fit and comfort.

Love It!
I researched many other weighted vests on Amazon and purchased one prior to getting this Fitness Avenue vest. The one I got on Amazon had such a strong plastic smell to it I couldn't even wear it. I read reviews for many other weighted vests on Amazon and many noted they all had strong plastic smells. Ugh.
I'm very happy with this vest. There is no toxic chemical smell! I also love that it has some stretch to it because it feels like it moves with your body and fits your body shape. I also like that it has double straps to feel more secure on your body. I have a larger chest and worried that the double straps would be too tight or constricting but it fits perfectly. The vest seems well made and I'm very satisfied with it.
