The process started out bumpy. The website did not charge me properly missing out part of the payment. Upon resolving that the cable was cut shorter then expected. The thing that kept this respectable for me is that the service agents worked with me to resolve these issues, take the negative and correct things . No extra charges, no hassles. I appreciated working with this company because of that. It would be hard to be stuck with a $1200 machine that you can't get serviced for a $110 cable. thank you for your help..

I had a lat pulldown from Fitness avenue. The cable broke, so I looked for a cable for a few weeks. Found out that Fitness avenue makes their own. Ordered it, was here within a week. The new cable is amazing. Definitely recommend.
