Easy to usealthough didn't come with anything resembling instructions it's not super hard to sort out you unscrew it to lengthen it. Works well enough for someone like me who doesn't weigh a ton but I'd be cautious when you install it the first time to make sure it's secure. If you're net steady pulling your weight close to straight up and down your swinging front to back could loosen it.

Good quality of chin-up bar except there is no instruction for setting up. Also, the shipping fee is twice more than the product.

Well, it's a chin-up bar, so here are no bells and whistles to expect. But it installed easily, and holds perfectly. I have nothing bad to say about it, and use it every day.

I don't like leaving negative reviews and maybe it's a skill issue on my part, but it just... Didn't work. It didn't hold my weight. I'm only 145lbs.
The way to expand it to fit your doorway is by unscrewing it, and eventually the friction on the end of the bar on your doorframe prevents any more expansion. However, that point where you can't expand it further isn't tight enough to hold a human, and if you try to hang on it for pull-ups, it just falls down. I feel kinda bad leaving a 1-star review but it doesn't do the thing that it's built to do and that I bought it for so...

This doorway chin-up bar is designed to hold significantly more than 145 lbs when installed as instructed using the included safety anchor brackets. These brackets mount to the door frame and are essential for ensuring the bar remains secure during use. It sounds like they may not have been installed, which would explain the slipping you experienced.
If you'd be open to giving it another shot, our support team would be happy to guide you through the proper setup. When installed correctly, this bar is a safe and sturdy option trusted by many of our customers. - AaaI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars2 years ago5 Stars
