It took me less than a hour to install it with ease. It's sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space when attached to the rack. This was just what I needed and it's even better than the one available on Amazon because it comes with with the brace bar to hold you down wich is almost crucial for HIT.

For starters add a vinyl cover to the foam roller. This should prevent sweat absorption.
Include the optional purchase of 2 inch adapter weight horns. I had to purchase these items from a separate retailer.
Include a metal foot plate for the low row.
Overall this is a good lat pull down and low row attachment for my PR 100 rack

The attachment was finally in stock. Let’s be honest. The assembly instructions are terrible. But it still took less than an hour to bolt it on and start working out. It works great. Slides extremely smoothly. I’m very happy to have made the purchase.
