    The usual good quality

    Strong metal, using it for curls and vertical lifting from the bar's center. Both bolts come with the expected rubber seal, for secured tightening. Would recommend.

    Comfortable and easy to use

    The super curl bar's variety of angled and flat grips make it comfortable to use for a variety of curls, presses, extensions and rows. The threaded ends and spinlock collars are easy to load and use with standard plates. A nice addition to my home gym.
