The trainer itself is excellent quality — smooth, heavy-duty, and commercial-grade once installed. No complaints about performance.

But buyers need to know this part:

Getting it into your home is nearly impossible.

It arrives fully assembled inside a 650-lb wooden crate. If you can somehow get it through your doorway (which is unlikely), forget stairs — there’s no chance without disassembling it first. And there are no real instructions provided for disassembly or reassembly.

So you’re forced to:

• open the massive crate outside,

• take the unit apart on your own,

• move the pieces inside one by one,

• figure out how to mount it securely to a strong enough wall,

• and then reassemble it.

Once it’s finally installed, it’s a 5-star machine — I love it.

But the delivery and setup are a huge, unadvertised project that people should absolutely be prepared for.

My wall mount trainer was delivered about five days ago and is now unboxed and assembled in place. We downsized our home and did not have the room for my existing equipment. I’m just started to lay out a new modified exercise plan. This system has allowed me to continue exercising in a much smaller environment in my garage. The systems mechanics travel is smooth and quiet, while being easy to transfer from one set to another. I do think in the future I will add adjustable dumbbells to the setup.

This item is extremely compact. We live in a condo and from a size perspective, it’s completely perfect. However, I’ve been prompted to review this before having a chance to fully use it. Therefore, it doesn’t make sense to speak to functionality or durability. I’d be interested to see How this item holds up over the next six months to a year and whether I will need any maintenance, etc.

+ I first saw this smart wall Trainer on facebook. Because of the small place in my gym room I decided to go with the single Stack.

+ I ordered it sunday june 1. It was shipped from Toronto to Montreal with Day&Ross. Delivery guy called me the next Thursday for a delivery in the afternoon.

The package comes in a wood box and is around 265lbs.

Installation Review = 4 Stars ****

+ Delivery guy left the 265lbs box in the doorway, Quebec doesn't have access to installation services. I would have loved to have paid for that installation, you kind of need to be already in shape to move that box on the second floor. With a friend we tried to move the box with a dolly but it was two heavy and dangerous in the curves of my stairs.

+ We finally open the box downstairs and disassemble the top part to remove the weight.

Because the thing is already assembled it only shows you how to fix the front metal panel and an exploded view of the device. It's still easy to do but I'm sure they could have designed it better.

+ With the weight out it was easy to move and it also helped to install it on the wall.

I used the two metal bars they provided to fix on my wall and adjusted the two brackets in the back to reach those bars.

Very easy to install should only have a way to remove the weight easily.
