    Awesome step

    My husband was struggling with finding the right item to perform elevated lunges on. This stepper is perfect as it is very stable, adjustable and has tons of room for your foot. No more worrying about feet sliding off yoga blocks!

    They are non slippery , size is great 40" and can be used as a bench too .
