    Convenient but tough on wrists

    Convenient but the handle is like a straight bar, not an easy bar, which makes it tough on the wrists. The handles also don't turn inside our hands forcing our hands to open a little, which isn't easy when there's pressure. Some bolts scratches the plate on one side, so I fixed the pin a little off so the bolt doesn't touch anymore. The width for the elbows is relatively narrow. The metal feels a bit cheap/thin. Ok for the pricw on sale.

    Great product; and cheap. Great biceps isolation, great pump. Shoulders and cuff rotators are not compromised with it and prevent injuries.

    But be careful with the specs, not sure if I misunderstood but being 2X2, this attachment will not fit a bench with 2X2 attachment socket. The steel pipe of the attachment has to be smaller than that in order to fit.

    IS THERE ANY GADGET, ACCESSORY TO MAKE THEM FIT BOTH ???. For now I fixed my problem with an old attachment. I used a piece in order to fit both pieces
