Even having that proof you are meeting your goals brings a smile to your lips and provides motivation to stick with the plan for one more day.

There is nothing magic about trackers, but they are a useful tool that helps you set realistic goals and not get discouraged when your routine does not produce results overnight. As the weeks pass, the tracker will become such an integral part of your daily routine that the idea of stepping out without it will be unthinkable.
