Ez curl bar
Une très bonne barre de 20lbs. Je trouve le coating noir un peu hashy, mais rien d'inconvénient. I recommend this one for both men and women who wants to work the arms

Love the bar pattern. As with other reviews, I do find the knurling a bit deep, so it tears at your hands a bit, but better that then having it slip and drop on your head!
