Great to target de soleus muscles of the calves. It triples the weight due to the ling pole, so you don't need to load many plates. Quick delivery. Easy to assemble. Very solid and stable (make sure you tighten every nuts). Looks great all black. I love it.

Works great ,great value built well. Only suggestion would be the make the knee pad be able to go lower for shorter people Works Great for me at 6 ft but my wife at 5 ft her knees don't reach pad to lift weight high enough to clear the stand .
1 or 2 pegs shorter and that would be no issue or lift foot pegs which is what I've done. Otherwise great isolation machine.

Couldn’t have asked for a better seated calf machine for my home gym! Recommend adding a resistance band for even better balance and constant tension on the soleus. Love it!
