Ensemble pompe cardio

This is the third set I have purchased from Fitness Avenue as I keep giving them to friends/family to use on the fitness journey. Easy to store and use. This last set i purchased has a newly designed bar and clamps which is ever better than previously. Is a bit longer in length and circumference of bar. I love it as my arm span is wide so this revised design gives a wider deadline and back row which is awesome!! Highly recommend this set! And the FA team has always been quick and super efficient in turning over the online order and upon pick-up! Love this company!!!

I have a smallish sized bedroom that I turned into a gym. The C.P. set is the perfect size barbell for the space, especially as I don’t have a squat rack to use with a standard BB. This set isn’t for everyone, it’s not meant for people looking to lift heavy weights. But for those that are good with weight that’s about a 7.5-8.5 /10 exertion level, this just right. I also like that you can purchase additional pairs of plates if you want to add more weight. The only negative thing I would say is that the bar is 1 1/8” (a very odd size), and the clips that come with it is for a 1” bar. I had to purchase adjustable plastic cuffs that would fit.
