    Air leaking and flat overnight

    Fully pumped and it was flat just overnight. Seemed like some air-leaking issue.

    Thank you for your feedback, Sen. We're sorry to hear that your AmStaff Commercial Power Balance Ball deflated overnight. This type of rapid air loss typically indicates a small puncture or an issue with the valve seal that can occur during shipping or initial use.

    Balance balls should maintain their inflation for weeks when properly filled, so what you experienced is definitely not normal performance for this product. The valve mechanism may need to be checked or there could be a small defect in the material that's allowing air to escape.

    Was a little disappointed how the product was shipped. Package wasn't sealed, no packaging tape. Saran wrap around the outer box of the medicine balls. Thankfully the balance and medicine ball were not damaged. The products are great. I gave it a 4 star because how the products arrived.
