Amazing great quality products! I pick up a pair of adjustable hand weights and some resistance bands. I have unfortunately hypermoblity which makes gaining very difficult and slow process, but having a quilty product is helpful. My best advice I can give is to shop here great selection and stay away from wallmart or crappy tire wretched horrible products not worth the savings buy Quilty it makes a difference and you can always invest more and progress and hand your weights down to a relative if you are done. I live in the middle of nowhere product came to my door in about a week's time and shipping were not bad either. My elder brother who is a monsteriously huge man even commented on the Quality which is high praise in my books.
