Just finished putting the bag together. Straight forward, simple assembly. Took a few jabs at the heavy bag with just the suction cups and the base held firm. Have vinyl tiles on cement so very good suction but I have to give it a good workout for the real test. Even had a little sway that made it a little more exciting like a hanging heavy bag. Love this bag, fits right into compact rooms and the suction cups at the bottom helps minimize the movement of the bag when hitting it strong. I would put 5 stars if it was easy to move around but this is more of a leave it where it stands type of bag due to the weight of the base but it's professional and can take a punch. I'm 6ft, 225lbs for reference.

This Free-Standing Heavy Bag is great for outdoor or indoor use. It is great quality and very easy to set up. My son has ADHD and needed something to help him burn off some energy and is beyond perfect for him. I highly recommend to anyone, kid or adult. I was beyond impressed with this product and the sturdiness.
