    Love my SD-4000

    I've been wanting to make this purchase for a long time. I'm very satisfied with the composition. You can do a nice variation of exercises with it. Very satisfied 👌

    Best bang for the buck.

    Solid all in one trainer. The stack is adequately heavy for cable exercises. Smith machine is extremely solid, even with heavy weight. The travel on the smith machine is great as well, tall users will have no issues squatting, rowing, etc. My minor issues with the product so far: plastic pulleys instead of aluminum, we will see how these hold up. The cable stack plates rattle a bit on the eccentric portion of exercises which feels a bit weird if you’re coming from a commercial gym. The smith machine is also annoying to rack when benching. The rotation of the hook takes a lot of effort to put back, especially when exhausted. I added thick foam pipe insulation to reduce that travel and it’s significantly better. As of now, I recommend this system if you want a smith machine in your repertoire!

    Best Smith Machine ever!

    I have received the machine and assembled it a few weeks ago. The quality is super good! It is sturdy and built with high-quality steel. With this price, it is a super high-value product for sure. I set it up in my basement and I love it so much! As a weight training lover, I use it almost every day. It is super versatile and I can use it to train my full body. I have also upgraded the pulley with the aluminum set and purchased the leg press attachment. For those who are struggling to purchase the upgraded pulley or leg press, I would recommend you go for it. The aluminum pulley makes the cable more durable, and the leg press attachment really helps with leg training.

    installation headache

    machine does looks sturdy but to install this machine its nightmare as the assembly instruction are not very clear, also my unit came with many scratches, but not bad to ask for return
