Once you get the bench together it seems solid and worth the money. The instructions are difficult because all the screws and bolts are just thrown in one bag and then numbered in the instructions with a picture but no number on the screws or bolts so you have to count them to make sure you are using the correct one in the correct spot. There are several screws that there is just one of and are all similar looking except the length. The picture doesn’t show very well the different lengths. Just a lot of futzing around when labels on the screws would have solved this. Also the instructions are just 3 pictures of where to put all the parts and is very overwhelming to the eye. Would have been better broken down into smaller pictures. As far as I’m concerned this is not fitness avenues issue, it’s the manufacturers so I still gave it 5 stars.

The bench is great. It's stable and comfortable. There was a slight problem - missing one foot support. Fitness avneues customer support was on it and rectified the situation right away. Amazing customer service.
Would buy again. 5/5.
