Good for shoulder issues, handles are a little thick
Great product, tons of our members with shoulder issues find this is the only pressing movement they can go heavy on. Handles are fairly thick which won't be as big a problem for larger people or people who want to work on their grip strength but definitely might not be ideal for others.

Cool thing!
Got it in special with the landmine and the t-bar, everything is perfect, solid and fun to train with! My home gym is complete! :-)

Awesome piece of equipment for a small or home gym. Can actually do hack squats facing in or facing out, with the bar in a Landmine or high with the bar raise to waist or face level. Plus multiple ways to do overhead presses!!
