The carabiner is too thick to fit through the holes on the cable. Literally can’t use them and not worth returning so I have wayyyy too many carabiners. Ended up buying a 6 pack of much cheaper ones off Amazon and they work fine.

I got these to hook up my ankle cuffs to my bands. These are some solid carabiners. I would trust them to take on much heavier loads than my resistance bands.
