Banc multi-FID Premium AmStaff Fitness TS009 - Rouge

Picked up the AmStaff TS009 bench for my home gym and it’s a beast. Solid frame, no wobble, and the padding is good. The backrest adjusts well & locks in — no sketchy movement when you're pressing heavy.

I’ve used it for dumbbell work, sit-ups, leg raises, and some band work. The leg rollers are a clutch for decline core movements. It has a nice look overall too — black finish, clean welds, which fits in with my basement home-gym aesthetic.

Bottom line: this bench is built for work. No gimmicks — just a tough, piece of gear that does the job done, and done right. If you’re serious about putting some meat on the bone, this bench is worth every penny.

The delivery was extremely quick for this bench. I was originally looking for it in the red, which was unavailable, so I settled for the black. The additional option for the leg extension is fantastic and this bench is very versatile. The bottom seat seems to be position a bit tilted to one side, but working through warranty team to figure it out.

This is my second review of this bench, my first was not 5-star, but I realize now that was my fault in how I put it together (duh!!!). This is a great, super solid bench, just be sure to (over) tighten the hardware ;). Now that I have everything correct, I love it.
